Enjoy guided city tour (Historical and Panoramic) including lunch at a local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel. (BL)

Dec 22 - Saturday Salvador
Full day Praia do Forte Village including lunch in a local Restaurant. Available free time during tour to enjoy the beach. Overnight at the hotel. (BL)

Dec 23 - Sunday Depart Salvador
Departure transfer to airport for your flight to Rio de Janeiro. (B)

7 Days Rio de Janeiro, Iguassu Falls, Sao Paulo.

Dec 23 - Sunday Arrive Rio de Janeiro
Arrive in Rio de Janeiro and transfer to the hotel. The Windsor Excelsior Hotel offers elegance and charm in the heart of Copacabana. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Windsor Excelsior Hotel or similar.

Dec 24 - Monday Rio de Janeiro - City Tour / Corcovado
Your morning tour features a ride by cable car to the summit of Sugar Loaf Mountain. Take in spectacular views of the city from Corcovado to Guanabara Bay and Niteroi Bridge. Later, drive along the Leblon and famous Ipanema beaches before stopping for lunch at a local restaurant. Following lunch, visit Corcovado, upon which stands the statue of Christ the Redeemer. En route, see Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon and the traditional Cosme Velho neighborhood. Take a cogwheel train to the famous statue and enjoy the stunning vista before descending. (BL)

Dec 25 - Tuesday Rio de Janeiro
Half day Jeep tour to Santa Teresa & Tijuca Forest. Located in the "heart of town" the Tijuca National Park is known as the largest urban forest on earth. The city of Rio de Janeiro surrounds its huge mountains covered with tropical vegetation and dramatic granite rocks, forming a unique background for the beaches and city of Rio. In this tour we visit the Park's best viewpoints, attractions and hike up Tijuca Peak (Rio's highest point at 3300 ft). The charming district of Santa Teresa takes you back in time with its cobblestone hilly streets, old constructions from the 19th century; interesting museums and Rio's last surviving tram line. Dinner at Churrascaria Palace (a 5-minute walk from your hotel with your guide’s assistance). The Palace is renowned for its traditional Rio style, founded in the Golden Years along with the Bossa Nova! Overnight at the hotel. (BD)

Dec 26 - Wednesday Rio de Janeiro
The mountain retreat of Petropolis has been called the Imperial City since the times of Emperor Pedro II. Visit the Imperial Museum, which was the summer residence of Emperor D. Pedro II, and is where all of his treasures are displayed. Continue to the Gothic Cathedral where Princess Isabel was buried. Lunch at a local restaurant. Also view the tombstones of D. Pedro II and his wife. From there, you will see the Crystal Palace, which was built in France and moved to Brazil, where it was destined to shelter exhibitions and great parties promoted by Princess Isabel. Overnight at the hotel (BL)

Dec 27 - Thursday Rio de Janeiro / Iguassu Falls by flight
Departure transfer to airport for your flight to Iguassu Falls. Met upon arrival and transfer to Viale Cataratas Hotel. Later, take a walking tour with a local guide along the Brazilian side of the amazing waterfalls, one of the natural wonders of the world. Dinner at hotel. Overnight at the hotel. Overnight at Viale Cataratas Hotel. (BD)

Dec 28 - Friday Iguassu Falls - Iguassu National Park
Travel to the Argentine side of the falls. Continue on to Iguassu National Park to enjoy a guided walking tour of this natural wonderland. The afternoon is free. Tonight, enjoy a barbecue dinner and Latin show at the Rafain Hotel. Overnight at the hotel. Overnight at  Viale Cataratas Hotel. (BD)

Dec 29 - Saturday Iguassu Falls / Sao Paulo/ Depart Sao Paulo
Depart by flight to São Paulo. Arrive and connect with your flight to onward destination. (B)

Celebrate New Year's Eve in Buenos Aires!!

Continue to Buenos Aires for a Fabulous New Year Celebration. You will have a city tour of this Paris of the South, a full day in the pampas at an estancia (cowboys and all), time to explore and shop for unbelievable bargains, then dinner on Dec 31 at a fine restaurant with a professional tango tizzle.

Saturday Dec. 29 Iguassu Falls to Buenos Aires
Fly to Buenos Aires and transfer to your hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure, giving you a chance to settle in. HOTEL MADERO. (B)

Sunday Dec 30 - Buenos Aires – Estancia
Venture out of the city today on a full-day visit to a historic, working Estancia in the Argentine pampas—the great plains that sweep through hundreds of miles of the country’s heartland. Savor an asado barbecue lunch cooked over an open fire, and witness traditional gaucho riding skills, music and the romantic rural way of Argentine life. (BL)

Monday Dec. 31 - Buenos Aires – City Tour - gala New Year's Eve celebration
Your guided sightseeing tour of Buenos Aires includes a stop at the Plaza de Mayo, where you will find the pink-colored Casa Rosada. See the balcony where Eva Peron and her husband addressed the crowds below. Next, see the Cabildo (town hall) and Metropolitan Cathedral before heading to the districts of San Telmo and La Boca.Continue along Avenida 9 de Julio, the widest avenue in the world. Finally, stop at Palermo before returning to your hotel. This evening, enjoy dinner at one of Buenos Aires’ excellent restaurants. Experience Argentina’s sensual music, dance and culture during a full tango show. We have included Rojo Tango show with their grand New Year's eve party with private transfers. (BD)

Your day is at leisure, with time for independent activities. Later this evening, transfer to the airport for your overnight flight home. (B)

WTG Cancellations:

Due to the special nature of the programs featured in this brochure, suppliers impose rigid cancellation fees; please be aware that SITA has no control over such fees and cannot make any exceptions to these charges. Note: All cancellations must be received by SITA in writing; cancellation/s will be effective when the written notice is received at SITA's offices in Encino, CA.

If a cancellation is received after SITA is in possession of the initial deposit, but more than 90 days prior to departure , the cancellation fee incurred will be $350 per person (a higher cancellation fee may apply to some tours). If cancellation is received between 89 and 61 days prior to departure the fee incurred will be 75% of the entire tour price. No refunds whatsoever will be made for cancellations received within the last 60 days prior to departure.

Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees; some may be non-refundable. Details will be provided at the time of booking and are subject to change by the airline.

To protect against cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance (see Insurance clause).
