Day 01 - Friday - Rome (pre-tour Package)
Transfer from the airport in Rome to the Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner is not included.

Day 02 - Saturday - Rome (pre-tour Package)

American buffet breakfast at the hotel. In the morning you will enjoy a 3 hrs "Discovering Rome", walking tour. You will be picked up at your hotel at about 9.00am. The tour will start from Largo Argentina and continue to, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, tour will end at the Spanish steps. (no drop o at the Hotel) Rest of the day at leisure and overnight. Dinner is not included.

Day 03 - Sunday - Rome - Orvieto - Todi - Assisi
8.00 am meeting point at the Gartour's (City tour) sightseeing oce or pickup at the hotel from 7.15am to 7.45am. Meet your multilingual tour leader and start a delightful trip through the rolling hills of the Roman & Umbrian countryside. Will reach the hilltop town of ORVIETO a city with significant cultural heritage, fascinating traditions and an exciting life-style. There are numerous monuments and attractions in Orvieto, the main sights and symbols of the city are: the Duomo the well of St. Patrick and other important medieval and Etruscan attractions like the Necropolis and Temple of Belvedere. Proceed to TODI. Todi, one of the most beautiful views is certainly that of Piazza del Popolo, here you can admire the complex of the Palazzo Comunale, the Lapidarium Museum, the Civic Art Gallery and the Roman Etruscan Museum, free time for lunch. The tour continues to ASSISI arrival at about 03pm. You will visit the mystic town of Saint Francis still surrounded by ancient walls. Visit the Basilica of Saint Francis with its early Renaissance masterpieces by Giotto and Cimabue. Dinner and overnight at the hotel included : water/glass of wine or soft drink.

Day 04 - Monday - Assisi - Spello - Montefalco - Bevagna - Carapace - Assisi
After breakfast at the hotel, departure at 09.00 to SPELLO an ancient small village surrounded by the original Roman wall on the slopes of Mt. Subasio. The compact town with stone buildings shoulder to shoulder has more than 25 churches. The Church of Santa Maria Maggiore has a famous Cappella Baglioni with a ceramic Deruta floor and frescoes by Pinturicchio. On to MONTEFALCO which is on an outcrop overlooking the valleys of the Topino and the Clitunno River, there are sweeping views across the Colli Martani DOC wine region earning Montefalco the name "Balcony of Umbria." Visit of about 1 hour. Proceed to BEVAGNA, Entering the town through Foligno Gate you immediately have a good view of the Roman and medieval walls, which are fairly well preserved and include towers of various shapes, mostly square but also round and polygonal 1 hour visit followed by a lunch in a typical Restaurant Redibis or similar including water/glass of wine or soft drink. At about 3 pm departure to CARAPACE for a Wine tasting with snacks, back to the hotel at about 5 pm. Overnight at the hotel Fontebella in Assisi.

Day 05 - Tuesday - Assisi - Trevi - Assisi
After breakfast at the hotel, departure at 09.00 to TREVI Trevi is a small town on a hillside in the heart of the Umbria region, and is rich in history and art. Trevi was originally a province of the Papal States, but as in other cities in Umbria political power was actually exercised by a small number of noble families and it was these families that gave much of the artistic and cultural heritage to the town we see today. The visito f the city will be follewed by a TRUFFLE HUNTING,Trues are an integral part of Umbria's cuisine, and true hunting is an integral part of its culture. It's a beautiful and simple way of life-the mountains, the true hunter, the dogs, the forest, a small pick and a leather bag full of trues. Light lunch including /glass of wine or soft drink. At 14,30 departure for a visit to a Olive Oil Farm with a Oil tasting. Dinner and overnight at the hotel Fontebella in Assisi included: water/glass of wine or soft drink.

Day 06 - Wednesday - Assisi - Deruta - Cortona - Monte San Savino - Siena
After breakfast at the hotel, departure at 09.00 to DERUTA famous worldwide for it's ceramics for over 300 years, and to Umbria , will make a I visit the factory Ceramiche Domiziani, we continue to CORTONA one of the top places to visit in the Province of Arezzo. It oers Medieval alleyways, Renaissance art, good wine and wonderful views. It was the birthplace of artists Fra Angelico; Luca Signorelli and Pietro da Cortona. Proceed to MONTE SAN SAVINO where you'll enjoy a good lunch in a cellar followed by a visit to a Vineyard. The tour will proceed to SIENA, where you will enjoy a visit of the old city centre. You will be walking along the medieval streets admiring splendid palaces. The sightseeing tour will end in the Piazza del Campo. This is one of the most beautiful squares in the world and site of the famous 600 years old horse-race, called "Il Palio". Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Siena.

Day 07 - Thursday - Siena - San Gimignano - Montepulciano - Pienza - Rome
After breakfast at the hotel, departure to SAN GIMIGNANO, a tiny city that has remained intact through the centuries; situated on a hilltop and famous for its numerous towers, frescoes and other art treasures. Proceed to MONTEPULCIANO, an ancient village rich of medieval and Renaissance buildings, famous for producing one of the oldest wines of Italy, the "Nobile di Montepulciano". You will stop for a visit to a wine cellar and experience a tasting of wines and local products like ham, cheese, and salami, will continue our trip to PIENZA, the Renaissance town built under Pope Pius II and alsowell-known for its pecorino cheese. Back to Rome. Arrival at the hotel at about 6.00pm. Overnight in Rome.

American buffet breakfast at the hotel, end of our services.
