Day 1: Depart North America
Your South American odyssey begins as you board your flight to Salvador, Brazil.

Day 2: Arrive in Salvador Bahia
Arrive in Salvador Bahia this afternoon. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to the Vila Galé Marés Resort, located at the famous Praia do forte. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 3: Half-day historic tour including visit to Mercado Modelo for shopping
After Breakfast, discover the essential sights of Salvador on a full day tour tracing the development of the city from its simple beginnings to being the third largest city in Brazil. Your tour takes you to the mouth of the immense bay and then via elegant tree-lined avenues and bustling city streets to the Pelourinho, a Unesco Heritage ite and the largest complex of colonial architecture in the South America. Visit to Modelo Market and enjoy free time for shopping. (B)

Day 5: Vila Galé Marés Resort
Enjoy you morning tour to the Tamar Project, the famous International protection turtles center. View the various species on the protection list. Rest of the day is at leisure. (B)

Day 6: Vila Galé Marés Resort
Day at leisure to relax and pursue independent activities. (B)

Day 7: Vila Galé Marés Resort
Day at leisure to relax and pursue independent activities. (B)

Day 8: Depart Salvador
Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
