Itinerary:
Day 1
Arrive Johannesburg Airport and pick up your Avis Rent-a-car and make your way to the Airport Grand Hotel located 5 minutes from the airport.

Day 2
Depart Johannesburg to the Kruger National Park, dropping several hundred feet into the lush subtropical region of the Lowveld. Enter the Kruger National Park and overnight in a bungalow at PRETORIUSKOP REST CAMP which overlooks scenic sloping hills and is steeped in Voortrekker history. (B)

Day 3
Set off at your leisure in your hire car, in search of lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard, and all manner of wondrous wildlife, birds and plant species. Savor the magic of this enormous wilderness.

Day 4
Travel through the park today to reach LETABA REST CAMP, your base for 2 nights as you continue your game viewing experience. A green and thriving oasis, Letaba Camp offers comfortable accommodation in Kruger Park with excellent elephant and bird viewing opportunities.

Day 5
Game viewing on your own in your hire car, or you may wish to experience a game drive by open 4 wheel drive vehicle (own account).

Day 6
Depart the Kruger National Park today to explore living history of Pilgrim's Rest, the old mining village where gold was first discovered. Gasp at the glory of God's Window, a boundless view of mountains and fertile plains, and visit the spectacular Blyde River Canyon, one of the natural wonders of Africa. Sleepily tucked away amongst the mountains above the historic mining town of Pilgrims Rest lies MOUNT SHEBA COUNTRY LODGE. Surrounded by indigenous forests this lodge resort is an ideal retreat to end your safari experience.

Day 7
Return to Johannesburg Airport in time for your evening homebound flight. (B)
