4 Days Kigali, Ruhengeri, Parc National des Volcans, Lake Kivu

Day 1: Arrive Kigali / Volcanoes National Park
Arrive Kigali, and time permitting visit the town and the Genocide Memorial. After lunch, enjoy the spectacular views of the majestic volcanoes en route to Ruhengeri. HOTEL GORILLAS or VIRUNGA LODGE. (LD)

Day 2: Gorilla trekking
As the first light of dawn breaks through the curtain of mist enter the Parc National des Volcans to track the gorillas. Return to your lodge for lunch and the rest of the afternoon at leisure. (BLD)

Day 3: Volcanoes National Park / Lake Kivu
After a second gorilla trek, and lunch at your lodge, continue to Gisenyi on the shores of Lake Kivu. KIVU SUN (BLD)

Day 4: Lake Kivu / Kigali / Depart
Enjoy the peaceful calm and pristine waters of Africa’s highest lake before returning to Kigali for your departure flight. (B)
