Day 1 Thu: Depart North America
Your journey begins as you board your flight to London.

Day 2 Fri: London / Nairobi
Arrive in London and connect with your evening flight to Nairobi, Kenya.

Day 3 Sat: Arrive Nairobi
Upon arrival in Nairobi, you are met and escorted to SAFARI PARK HOTEL & CASINO. Time permitting, enjoy an optional visit to the Karen Blixen Museum and Giraffe Manor for a view of the rare Rothschild giraffe. This evening, enjoy the roasted meat experience at Nyama Choma Ranch, accompanied by an evening show. (D)

Day 4 Sun: Nairobi / Mount Kenya
Drive through the fertile central highlands to SERENA MOUNTAIN LODGE on the flanks of Kenya’s highest mountain and secreted deep within her largest forest reserve. Fall asleep to the symphony of the African night or sit in stillness and observe the fascinating interplay of the animals as they arrive to drink, bathe, spar and forage around the water hole. (BLD)

Day 5 Mon: Mount Kenya/ Samburu Game Reserve
Awake to the trumpeting of elephant before we travel to Samburu Game Reserve, encountering Samburu people en-route. An afternoon game drive provides an opportunity to see the unusual animals indigenous to this area. SAMBURU LODGE (BLD)

Day 6 Tue: Samburu Game Reserve
Rise at dawn for a full day of game viewing in Samburu Game Reserve. A wide variety of wildlife thrives in this relatively small reserve located on the northern bank of the Uaso Nyiro River. (BLD)

Day 7 Wed: Samburu Game Reserve/Mount Kenya
Travel to the slopes of Mt. Kenya. The famous MOUNT KENYA SAFARI CLUB offers a unique blend of comfort and relaxation amid lush gardens. Optional excursions are available, including golf, horseback riding, fishing, a game drive in Sweetwaters Game Reserve, or a visit to the animal orphanage. (BLD)

Day 8 Thu: Mount Kenya / Masai Mara Game Reserve
Fly to Masai Mara Game Reserve, arriving in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge for tea on the terrace or a sundowner at the Hippo Bar. KEEKOROK LODGE (BLD)

Day 9 Fri: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Encounter prides of lions, gatherings of hippos, and vast herds of wildebeests, zebras and antelopes on morning and afternoon game drives. A fabulous balloon safari over the Masai Mara is also available (additional cost). (BLD)

Day 10 Sat: Masai Mara Game Reserve/ Nairobi / London
After the morning’s pre-breakfast game drive, return to Nairobi by air where a day room is provided at SAFARI PARK HOTEL. The afternoon is at leisure before you board your evening flight home. Or you may want to extend your stay with a few days of relaxation on the East African Coast or climbing Africa’s tallest mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro. (B)
