Day 1 - Arrive Delhi
Arrive today in India*s capital city of Delhi. You are greeted with a traditional Indian welcome and escorted to your hotel.

Day 2 - Delhi
After a leisurely morning, your afternoon tour of Old Delhiincludes the Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Ashoka Pillar and the mile-long Chandni Chowk bazaar. (B)

Day 3 - Delhi Sightseeing
This morning tour New Delhi - drive along Rajpath to view the Parliament House, the President*s House and India Gate. Visit the Humayun*s Tomb, Qutab Minar and BirlaTemple. Afternoon is at leisure. (B)

Day 4 - Delhi/ Kathmandu
This morning fly to Kathmandu, capital of Nepal. This afternoon, visit Durbar Square, Templeof the Living Goddess and Swayambhunath. (B)

Day 5 - Patan & Bhadgaon Excursion
Your morning tour includes the charming towns of Bhaktapur, Pashupathinath and Bodhnath. In the afternoon by Patan and the Tibetan handicrafts center. This evening, enjoy a presentation of Nepalese folk dances. (B)

Day 6 - Kathmandu/ Varanasi-Sarnath
Today fly to Varanasi(India*s holiest city), located on the sacred GangesRiver. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon visit the stupas, ruins and museum at Sarnath, scene of Buddha*s first sermon. (B)

Day 7 - Varanasi/ Khajuraho
In the early morning enjoy, the sunrise on the GangesRiverwith a boat ride followed by a walking tour of the old city. Later fly to Khajuraho, upon arrival you are met and transferred to your hotel. Visit the Western group of temples containing the largest and loveliest temples. (B)

Day 8 - Khajuraho / Agra
This morning visit the principal Eastern group of temples. Later, drive to Jhansito board the train to Agra, en route visiting Orchha, a medieval city. Upon arrival you are met and
transferred to your hotel. (B)

Day 9 - Agra/ Fatehpur Sikri / Jaipur
Early morning visit the magnificent Taj Mahal for a sunrise view. After breakfast visit the Agra Fort followed by your drive to Jaipur, en route visiting the abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel. (B)

Day 10 - Amber Fort Excursion & Jaipur Sightseeing
In the morning visit the mountain fortress of Amber, riding royally atop regally painted and decorated elephants. Later, enjoy a tour of JaipurCity, visiting Hawa Mahal, CityPalaceand the ancient observatory. (B)

Day 11 - Jaipur / Udaipur
Morning at leisure. This afternoon fly to Udaipurknown as *City of Lakes*. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to your hotel. (B)

Day 12 - Ranakpur Excursion
Today*s excursion brings you to the beautifully sculpted 15th century Jain temples of Ranakpur. The intricately carved white marble is well preserved. Stop for lunch at Maharani Bagh. (BL)

Day 13 - Udaipur/ Mumbai (Bombay)
Your morning tour of Udaipurincludes CityPalace, Saheliyon ki Bariand the folklore museum where you can see a presentation of the string puppets typical to this area. This afternoon fly to Mumbai (formerly Bombay), India's most cosmopolitan city. LEELA KEMPINSKI (Premier City View) (B)

Day 14 * Mumbai Sightseeing / ElephantaCaves/ Depart
Cruise across the harbor to explore the amazing ElephantaIslandand its famous caves, with carvings and sculptures dating back to 550 A.D.
