Day 1: Arrive Hong Kong
Today you will arrive in Hong Kong where you will be met
and transferred to your hotel (seat-in-coach transfer). The
rest of the day is at leisure. There has been little change to
this teeming metropolis since its transition back to China
and to a visitor, the city's magic is as captivating as ever. Hong
Kong is where the mystical East meets the modern West,
where the potpourri of sights, smells and sounds never fails
to delight the senses. The city offers the traveler a myriad of
exotic experiences that lay just waiting to be savored.
Day 2: Hong Kong
This morning following breakfast, you will get an opportunity
to tour Hong Kong Island on a seat-in-coach basis. Your
introduction to Hong Kong begins with passing by beautiful
Repulse Way to Stanley Market, an open-air market that,
over the years, has become known for its bargains, including
silk, garments, sportswear, art, Chinese costumes, souvenirs,
ornaments and a host of fantastic crafts. This afternoon is at
leisure. (B)
Day 3: Hong Kong
Today at leisure to rest and relax or pursue independent
activities. (B)
Day 4: Hong Kong / Macau
This morning, transfer to the pier to take the ferry to Macau.
Arrive in Macau, where you will be met and transferred to
your hotel.
Macau lies on the western side of the Pearl River Delta, bordering
Guangdong province in the north and facing the South
China Sea in the east and south. The territory has thriving
industries such as textiles, electronics and toys, and a notable
tourist industry that boasts a wide range of hotels, resorts,
stadiums, restaurants and casinos, making it one of the richest
cities in the world. The rest of your day is at leisure to
relax and to pursue independent activities. Overnight at the
hotel. (B)
Day 5: Macau Sightseeing
This morning you will visit Penha Hill Church, a graceful
chapel first built in the 17th century as part of Guia Fort,
commanding a magnificent view of the Pearl River, Macau's
inner harbour, and the city. Visit the temple of the goddess A
Ma situated beneath Barra Hill at the entrance of the inner
harbour, generally considered the oldest Chinese temple in
Macau with inscriptions dating part of the present structure
back more than six centuries. You will also visit the Border
Gate - the crossing point from Macau to China. This afternoon
is at leisure to relax and pursue independent activities.

Day 6: Macau / Hong Kong / Depart
Today you are transferred to the ferry terminal to board the
ferry to Hong Kong International Airport. (B)
