6 Days - Entebbe, Bwindi National Park, Lake Mburo

Day 1 - Arrive Entebbe / Kampala
On arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Afternoon excursion to Ngamba Chimpanzee Island (time permitting).

Day 2 - Kampala / Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Drive (or option to fly) to Bwindi. (BLD)

Day 3 - Bwindi National Park
An early morning trek into the forest on the slopes of the volcanoes, led by experienced trackers will bring you amongst a family of Mountain Gorillas. You will get within feet of
the family, and be privileged to spend time amongst them. Return to the camp for a late lunch, with an opportunity for a forest walk with the guides. (BLD)

Day 4 - Bwindi National Park
Today, those who have opted for two gorilla treks (extra charge), will set off once again into the forest. Those not trekking will be able to go on a forest walk in Bwindi looking for birds and primates with a local knowledgeable guide, or go on a local community village walk. (BLD)

Day 5 - Bwindi / Lake Mburo
Travel into the Uganda Highlands – the Switzerland of Africa – with great views and vistas of this lush green area, to Lake Mburo National Park. Here you may go on a walk with a local guide, or on a game drive in search of zebra, leopard, various antelope and hippo - as well as prolific birdlife. (BLD)

Day 6 - Lake Mburo / Entebbe / Depart
Return to Entebbe arriving late afternoon, and transfer to the airport for your departure flight (after 8 pm). Option to overnight at Ngamba Island. (B)
