Day 1 Tue: Depart North America
Your journey begins as you board your flight to Europe.

Day 2 Wed: In transit
Arrive Europe and connect onto your flight/s to Tanzania.

Day 3 Thu: Arrive Kilimanjaro / Mt. Meru
Upon arrival, you will be met and escorted to MT MERU GAME LODGE, which is nestled between the peaks of Mt. Meru and Mt. Kilimanjaro. (D)

Day 4 Fri: Mt.Meru / Arusha National Park /Tarangire National Park
Enjoy a morning game drive in Arusha National Park. In addition to the park’s abundant
flora and fauna, there are three other spectacular features: Momella Lakes, Meru Crater and the Ngurdoto Crater. After lunch in Arusha, travel to Tarangire National Park for a late-afternoon game drive. Stay overnight at TARANGIRE SAFARI LODGE. (BLD)

Day 5 Sat: Tarangire National Park
Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. The park is home to around 2,500 elephants and herds of more than 200 have been viewed from the lodge veranda. (BLD)

Day 6 Sun: Tarangire National Park / Lake Manyara National Park
Drive to Lake Manyara National Park. This afternoon, choose from a nature walk, forest hike, mountain biking or a village visit. Drive up the escarpment to KIRURUMU TENTED LODGE for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay. (BLD)

Day 7 Mon: Lake Manyara National Park
On your full-day game drive you’ll find an abundance of wildlife, including hippos, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, leopards, impalas, wildebeests, baboons and monkeys. (BLD)

Day 8 Tue: Lake Manyara National Park / Lake Eyasi
Drive south to Lake Eyasi, the largest soda lake in Tanzania. Diverse cultures have settled around the area. Stay overnight at KISIMA NGEMA TENTED CAMP. (BLD)

Day 9 Wed: Lake Eyasi / Ngorongoro Crater
Interact with the real bushmen of the Hadzabe and the Datoga tribes. After lunch, prepare for the magical sight of the Ngorongoro Crater as you ascend to its rim. This afternoon, you will descend into the crater in search of giant-tusked elephants, black rhinos and black-maned lions as they roam the crater floor. NGORONGORO SERENA SAFARI LODGE (BLD)

Day 10 Thu: Ngorongoro Crater / Serengeti National Park
Head to the Ngorongoro Highlands and meet a Masai chief who will guide you around the nearby bomas (villages). Continue to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge. This afternoon,

Days 11 Fri: Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day taking game drives in the Serengeti. Located on a main annual migration corridors for over 1 million wildebeests, half a million zebras and gazelles, and their accompanying
cast of predators, the camp features a ringside seat for one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on earth. (BLD)

Day 12 Sat: Serengeti National Park/ Depart Kilimanjaro
This morning’s pre-breakfast game drive is your final opportunity to bask in the unmatched grandeur of the African safari lands before flying to Arusha or Kilimanjaro. You may want to extend your stay with a few days of relaxation in Zanzibar, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro or flying to the Selous Game Reserve. (BL)

Arrive home today, filled with many treasured memories from fascinating Tanzania.
