Day 1: Depart North America
Your exciting safari begins as you board your flight
to London.
Day 2: London / Johannesburg
Arrive in London and connect with your evening
flight to South Africa.
SOUTH AFRICA
Day 3: Arrive Johannesburg
Arrive in Johannesburg and transfer to THE WESTCLIFF.
BOTSWANA
Day 4: Johannesburg / Moremi Wildlife Reserve
Fly to Maun, gateway to Botswana, and transfer by
light aircraft to KHWAI RIVER LODGE, nestled on the
edge of a leadwood and fig tree forest overlooking
the vast Khwai River floodplains. (BLD)
Day 5 & 6: Moremi Wildlife Reserve
Morning and afternoon game viewing opportunities in
the Moremi Wildlife Reserve, renowned for its large
concentrations of mammals. It is not unusual to see
an array of wildlife from the comfort of your own
private deck. (BLD)
Day 7: Moremi Wildlife Reserve / Chobe National
Park
After a morning activity, transfer by light aircraft
to SAVUTE ELEPHANT CAMP. Perched on the former banks
of the now dry Savute Channel, the camp offers a
spectacular birds eye view of elephant in their
natural habitat, with an adjacent water hole just
meters away. (BLD)
Day 8 & 9: Chobe National Park
Morning and afternoon game viewing by vehicle. The
Savute is a dramatic area to see high concentrations
of elephant and lions, as are sighting of all the
other major predators; the endangered wild dog,
leopard, cheetah and the hyena. (BLD)
SOUTH AFRICA
Day 10: Chobe National Park / Cape Town
Transfer by light aircraft to Maun, and connect with
your flights to Cape Town. Transfer to the MOUNT
NELSON HOTEL (B)
Day 11: Cape Point Tour
Today, tour the Cape Peninsula including Hout Bay
and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Return to
Cape Town, stopping en route to see the penguins at
Boulders Beach. (B)
Day 12: Table Mountain, City Tour & Cape Winelands
Tour
Ascend Table Mountain by cable car (weather
permitting) for spectacular views of the city and
beyond. After a tour of the city, travel to
Stellenbosch in the heart of the Winelands for wine
tasting and time to stroll through the quaint town
before returning to Cape Town. (B)
Day 13: Cape Town
The day is at leisure until you transfer to the
airport for your departure flight. (B)
Day 14: Arrive North America
Arrive home filled with memories of your luxurious
