Tour overview:
Savor the highlights of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves with a game drive through the Masai Mara National Reserve. Your journey includes Lake Nakuru with its beautiful flamingo-lined shores and a drive to admire majestic Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 1 - Arrive Nairobi
Arrive to Nairobi, Kenya, where you are met and escorted to your hotel.

Day 2 - Nairobi / Masai Mara National Reserve
Leaving Nairobi, you’ll travel towards Kenya’s fertile highlands and head down the Rift Escarpment, reaching the Masai Mara in time for lunch. Depart on an afternoon game drive returning to the lodge as the sun sets. (BLD)

Day 3 - Masai Mara National Reserve
Encounter prides of lions, gatherings of hippo, and vast herds of wildebeest, zebra and antelope on morning and afternoon game drives. A fabulous balloon safari over the Masai Mara is also available (additional cost). (BLD)

Day 4 - Masai Mara National Reserve / Lake Nakuru National Park
Leaving the Masai Mara, you’ll travel across the ‘breadbasket’ of Kenya, before arriving at Lake Nakuru. The waters here are often colored with a shimmering pink, from thousands of beautiful flamingos lining its shores. Take an afternoon game drive in Nakuru National Park before returning to your lodge for the night. (BLD)

Day 5 – Lake Nakuru / Amboseli National Park
Depart with a picnic lunch for Nairobi. We then head south towards Amboseli National Park. Enjoy your afternoon game drive en route to the lodge. (BLD)

Day 6 - Amboseli National Park
Today enjoy morning and afternoon game drives. Vast herds of elephant roam the reserve, accompanied by a kaleidoscope of other fabulous beasts - lion, buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, baboons, gazelle, hippo and wildebeest to name but a few. (BLD)

Day 7 - Amboseli National Park / Depart Nairobi
Catch your last views of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro on a morning game drive en route to Nairobi. At the border town of Namanga, you will find some unique Maasai bead work, before heading north to Nairobi, arriving by midday. A day room is provided before you transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (B)
